Orders will be shipped anytime from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on stock availability.

All deliveries in UK are Royal Mail Tracked 48, with tracking sent to you once shipped.

Currently, we are not fulfilling International orders.

RETURNS

We take great care in packaging every order so it arrives safely. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

You must contact us at studio@rojhanalama.com before sending any items back so we can provide return instructions. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
